Excellent question Robert! If it were up to me, I'd never use a
slide again! However, most places where I give talks, garden shows,
garden clubs, etc. have yet to catch up with technology and none have
LCD projectors for me to use. At several thousand dollars, the
projectors are too expensive for my wish list. Eventually, they will
be far more reasonable and easy to access but even to rent one for a
single day is upwards of $300 in my area -- too expensive for me to
rent and too expensive for most of the groups I talk to.

So, instead of doing a terrific PowerPoint presentation, I am most
often faced with using slides...

Nan

PS Do you have recommendations for places that make slides for $2 -
$4? I've only found the $8/slide folks.
