Re: SF trip


If you buy plants from California nurseries, don't go through Oregon.  Odds
are good you will lose your plants at the border.  There is a ban on potted
plants from California to prevent spread of several pests, including the
garden snail and the glassy winged sharpshooter leafhopper.  I don't know if
that is/will be the situation by then, but it's a good idea to check in
advance.
