I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one to react that way, Carlo. I just couldn't think of a diplomatic way of saying it.

Ironically, I _have_ been in the situation you describe, where a photog wanted me to write text for his pix "for the byline exposure." He got his nose a little out of joint when I explained that the only place I cared to see my name was where it says, "pay to the order of."
