Hi all,
A while back I posted a plea regarding computer problems.  As a group you
all were terrific in coming up with suggestions. When I cornered a
neighbour's son who works at one of those help line centres, he told me do
almost exactly what everyone suggested.
FYI  The Ms-Works wp portion of the programme was unable to read its own
registry within my Windows XP- home account.  The only solution ( available
to a non-technobot like me) was to create a new  account and transfer every
thing over to it.

So - not a typical GWL question but great answers. Thank you all.
