Title: Re: [GWL] Bionic gardening gloves If you want to protect your hands from the drying effect of soil without wearing gloves, try "Gloves In A Bottle". I find it especially good in winter and don't need to protect my hands unless I'm handling thorns. It's a product well worth recommending to your readers.

I tried them on at the GWA symposium and they're quite luxurious. i
tend not to wear gloves because 1) i can't pick things up and 2) i like
the "feel" of soil in my hands--don't feel I'm gardening if I can't
feel what i'm doing, but I would wear these. (except they're so
beautiful I might not want to get them dirty, even though I know
