Re: roaming cats
I, too, am curious about this law. It seems barbaric to me, frankly. It's
reasonable in an urban environment, as much for the safety of the cat as for
that of the birds, but in a rural environment, it seems inhumane. It's also
impractical for people who depend on cats, not poisons, to keep the rodent
population in check.
