Re: Rain/Storm Garden


Stormwater gardens, in my experience, tend to be restoration projects, and public as Lois suggested--hence the emphasis on "natives." The city of Milwaukee began (still doing it?) reclaiming previously cemented over creek beds (created to channel stormwater--and which wound up becoming dangerous) by tearing them up and planting them to slow and absorb runoff.
