Re: When it rains, it pours, when it doesn't...


This year in Chicago it seems the meteorologists have been more  
sensible about noting when we need rain (not that we need any right  
now!). But earlier this summer they would point it out. It always  
used to be that no rain was a cause for wild celebration as if the  
only thing that mattered was a sunny day at the beach.
