Re: Kitchen gardening in San Diego
Nan, it's a lovely article. Here in Western Oregon where grass seed
is an important crop farmers have begun growing wheat in rotation
with grass seed. It makes sense in so many ways. Of course for years
there was so little money in wheat it wasn't a very good option. Of
course, home gardening is on the rise and what I notice this year is
more more planting for fall and winter harvest.
