This wasn't the case.  I only sign contracts with OFA, Yankee and other 
magazines that are for First North American Serial Rights and 1 year ONLY on 
their website.  I'm sure other writers sign away All Rights, but I insist 
upon limiting useage in a contract.  That's because I recycle much of my 
writing into other articles and books.

The two corporations that lifted my article obviously took it from the OFA 
website.
