name that potager garden at GWA 2006?

Can't find my notes and I want to use a photo I took in this garden --  
hoping some of you were on the same trip and can ID it - name of  
homeowner/gardener and city/state

Was during GWA 2006 Symposium at Valley Forge -- believe this was during  
the regular story tours, not part of the add-on tour day - this sunken  
potager garden was part of a big estate... I remember a lotof elbowing and  
jockeying for best camera angles there ;-)
