 Free to a good home: Hortus Second, hardcover, very nice condition (1946 reprint edition). Substantially smaller than Hortus Third but nontheless full of good information.

* knowing my interests, my father-in-law, who enjoys prowling used book stores, found this for me...but, I'm unlikely to ever use it.
