Re: [GWL]: Garden Catalogs

TO: Garden writers on GWL

I am a new to the GWL, which I learned about from Doreen Howard at the
recent GWAA Symposium. I have found both to be extremely helpful. I was
wondering if anyone has favorite gardening catalogs. Just when the dark days
of winter nearly overcome me and my St. Louis area readers, my mailbox
begins to fill with the hope of spring. My favorite is the the White Flower
Farm catalog. I can always count on it for interesting selections, great
plant photos and descriptions, and pronunciations of unfamiliar plant names.
I'm planning an article on catalogs and would like your recommendations and
any experiences you might have with ordering from these companies.
