Claude has a good point about the sizes. At my own favorite nursery there is an area with
perennials and rock garden plants in small, small pots - and they sell well. Gardeners can try
new things without spending a fortune - and may end up trying several new things for the price.
It still adds up to more than a 6 pack of annuals but it doesn't feel extravagant.
