B&Bs near Dumbarton Oaks

A gardenwriter friend from Australia plans to visit Dumbarton Oaks in Washington, DC in July and wishes to stay in a B&B, preferably with a garden, and publish an article about the visit. She's asked me for advice since she's visiting me in Boston following the visit to Dumbarton Oaks.

Can anyone recommend a good B&B?
