I have written a short little book about my dog, about 8,000 pages, and I'd like to just print a limited number of copies for friends. I'm aware that p. 2 in a book was not p. 2 when created, but I can't figure out how to separate the copy so that p. 2 will be a continuation of p. 1. I thought Publisher would be of help, but glancing at the manual, it doesn't look promising. Does anyone have information on this? Thanks very much, Margaret Lauterbach
