Re: Mid-Am Trade Show

Mid-Am is not a show for gardeners--i.e., don't expect Chelsea--but rather for landscapers and landscape contractors. Monrovia will be there in force, but the show is not heavy on plants. Equipment, tool, & sod purveyors will be there in, er, spades. Once I saw a bulldozer. It has been held at Chicago's Navy Pier, in the same space used for the Chicago Flower & Garden Show, but it will be moving to McCormick Place this year, which is larger. There's always a waiting list among vendors. Carolyn Ulrich
