I don't remember the name of it, but
there is a nice Protea farm on Oahu
that was very interesting and
scenic.
If you haven't been to hawaii for 19
years, don't forget to take a sniff of
the air when you disembark. The
wonderful fragrance of flowers is a nice
greeting to Hawaii.
Also, don't forget to stay up until
9-10PM Hawaii time before going to
sleep. It is tempting on that
long of a trip to crash when you arrive.
Don't give in. If you stay up the first night
your jet lag will be almost gone
by morning. If you give in, you body will be
totally off the whole trip and
you will wake up at 4-5AM! A
good way to stay awake is to walk. Stop by
the International Market (downtown) or
walk the beach...go shopping...
