Re: Question on Royalties

Sandie -- in my most recent book contract, we had it written in that books I bought for resale would be considered for royalty purposes. It wasn't that way with my first book.

This has been covered before, but I hope some of you will answer anyway
since it has been a while.

What is the best deal to fight for on book royalties and how do you
figure net versus gross sales...etc?

What is a reasonable request for discounted or complimentary books for
my own use and sale?
