Simply Beautiful Varieties Hit Just in Time for the Holidays

Christmas has come early for Ball Horticultural! If you open the January
issue of Better Homes & Gardens, which is hitting newsstands this week,
you'll find on page 60 an article by Elvin McDonald about new plants. Of
the seven plants highlighted, four are Simply Beautiful varieties: Blazin'
Rose Iresine (one of my favorites and still going gang busters on my
sunporch), Black Pearl Ornamental Pepper, Fiesta Double Impatiens, and
Dragon Wing Begonia (almost a perennial for me as I have wintered these over
for three seasons!!). If you are interested in more information about or
images for any new varieties from Simply Beautiful, please contact Joanie
Casanova at Garden Media Group joanie@gardenmediagroup.com or 610-388-9330.

Merry Christmas everyone! Spring is almost on its way!

Actually the new map will come on a CD-ROM

integrated with GIS coordinates.

I heard the state plant board already has your

garden pegged for an aphid inspection, Duane.

The chief inspector is a rose nerd so if you don't

have politically correct varieties, good luck.
