Re: preserving veggies


Yes, that is what I was talking about--the small electric units that sit on
a kitchen counter. They also make great dried tomatoes. Use a small pear
cultivar such as Principe Borghese (spelled wrong, I'm sure) or a cherry
tomato. They are GREAT.
