Quite a feat, Sheri. You must have a large family to consume 700
jars of canned food in a year. I mainly use home-canned tomato sauce
for spaghetti sauce, soup and chiles con queso, so we can about 24
quarts each year for the two of us. I have been in the position of
having to empty old home-canned food, and that's not pleasant to
