Re: Blog stats

Lois - yeah, my traffic is down as well (no surprise). But Dec 27 is the
turn-day and it's all uphill from there.

As a side note to this "do you use" question, I love the kinds of data I
get. For example, on my blog, I can split the traffic into 2 kinds of
content - the how-to content and the opinion-type article. Of my top 10
posts as found by and traffic delivered by Google, there's an equal split.
But the how-to posts have higher traffic and higher bounce rates. The
opinion style posts - slightly lower traffic but much lower bounce rates.
Bottom line - I get more traffic from how-to posts but higher subscriber
counts and interaction from opinion posts. It depends on what kind of
reader you want - what kind of information you publish. As they say though,
your results may vary. :-)
Anybody else seeing other interesting trends?
