The link I put up works for me but that might not apply to others since the site may recognize my membership. 

JNatter, Amazon has a confusing system.

Click the ebook button that says Buy Now with One Click. This lets you buy it for zero cents (only today). It is normally five dollars. The Read for Free button is only for people with the $9.99 monthly unlimited reading account, or who want a free trial of that kind of account. 

So far today, 22 people "bought" the USA version for zero cents and a few more people did so in Canada and the UK.
Dan, maybe try going to a different branch of Amazon. If you went to amazon.com (USA) then go to amazon.ca (Canada) instead, and vice versa.
If that does not work, do a Google search. Then an Amazon ad for the book ought to pop right up.

She is also listed as Monica Brandies.
Did anyone on the list get the book? Here is the link again.
