The University of Minnesota's Regional Sustainable Development Partnership
(RSDP) is pleased to announce the publication of a new *Fresh
Produce Toolkit*. This suite of resources provides information to help
small grocery settings handle fresh produce and incorporate locally grown
fresh produce.

Toolkits are available for download on RSDP's rural grocery resource page:
z.umn.edu/rsdprg.

The toolkit provides tips on storing, handling, and marketing fresh
produce. Materials include:

   - Storing and Handling Fresh Produce
   - Produce Merchandising Techniques
   - Purchasing Locally Grown
   - Example Grocery Store Policy and Application for Local Producers
   - Quick Reference Guide
   - High Maintenance Produce
