Hello to all;
The U.S.Patent and Trademark Office has an electronic Trademark Application
System called TEAS located at http://www.uspto.gov  You can use TEAS for an
initial trademark/servicemark application,as well as the following
Intent-To-Use and Post-Registration forms. My view is; TEAS is less
expensive and certainly quicker than the involement of legal counsel for the
entire process.

 And to others in the group -- has anyone filed their own trademark?
Do you truly need an attorney or can you do it yourself?  Any advice
for the do it yourselfer?
