Re: [GWL]: Oxalis spiralis 'Aureus'

Carlo,

When finally published, I plan to include a list of as many sources as
possible for each species and cultivar.

Because of the different weather conditions, obtaining plants as close to
the purchaser is important to achieve the arrival in good condition - San
Diego is a mild climate and this is our equivalent of spring.

Many of the plants I am presently growing have been assembled from
collectors of oxalis and from small specialty commercial bulb growers who
sell mail order when the bulbs are dormant.

Obtaining non-bulbing oxalis plants is even more difficult because of
transportation and inspection costs.

Some oxalis are actually being considered as food and chemical sources.

A search of the internet has been rather unproductive so any assistance
would be most appreciated.
