I agree -- I'm not too thrilled with people making thumbnails of my 
images (or of taking thumbnails from others).  

The ruling indicated that taking thumbnails of images constituted fair
use, but I wonder what defines a thumbnail.  Is it a set pixel size (100x100)?
Or is it a percentage of the original photo?  Is it any size smaller than
the master (i.e. 99%)?  I guess we'll have to wait for another lawsuit
to define the terms.  :)
