New Headers

I was asked if I could put the new headers in as footers instead. The
reason I did them as headers is that I have put information in the footers
before and most people never scroll down all the way. I got very tired of
having
people write to me just to tell them they need to go all the way down the
page. And I feel the sites for the GWL searchable archives and where to
put/go for photos is information that should be kept before the group.
