Re: Images and copyrights online

Carol, based on our review, thumbnails may LEGALLY only be used by
permission OR by search engines under "fair use". While my case as
originally filed did not deal with the issue of thumbnails, that was a
by product of the original decision which ruled against me. On appeal, I
won my original case as filed AND we all now have the issue of
thumbnails, linking and framing clearly established with case law.
