Hmmm, do you mean that bad habit I have of never throwing plant containers away could actually be a good thing? Do I have a future on eBay? Seriously, folks, this is a true possibility according to my manufacturer friends. Add pots to that disaster kit shopping list, not that every gardener doesn't already have duct tape and plastic.
Peace,
Nellie

Gardeners should start hoarding. Don't throw away pots. The reason is: A war with Iraq could lead to very high container prices, according to container manufacturers. Crude oil is used to make plastic pots, and it has risen from $16 per barrel 6 months ago to $35 today. A war could raise prices to $50 and beyond.
