Article on Dioscorea.
Dear listmembers,
There is a species of Dioscorea in the Himalayan mid-hills bearing edible
tuberous roots. It is not cultivated at all. The roots are collected from
the wild and sold in the market. It is a delicacy. The local name is
Taradi.
I have written an article on this. Can some some member suggest me some
journal/magazine which might be interested in publishing this article.
