Again I hate to be so partial....no, no I don't...but Pro-Mix introduced a new line this year that is aimed at the organic gardener.  Now I don't know if it's certified..or if a potting mix can be certified...but they do claim it's organic.
Unless they took out the wetting agents (which are chemicals) they cannot be classed as organic.  I used a mix that I made myself from the ATTRA site.  Basically it was Peat moss, vermiculite and perlite plus some lime and organic fertilizer. The ATTRA site has several mixes, both organic and other, and they range from bucket quantities to yards (which is mighty hard to mix).  The other problem with Pro-mix might be the distribution - I don't recall seeing it in the big box stores, or even any of the nurseries in the Indy area. The wholesaler that I use does have it, but that is not available to homeowners.
