Re: photo releases

Gene's comments bring to mind the "reverse photo release" I signed when I visited Heronswood a few years ago. It stated that I was free to take photos for my own or commercial use, but if any of them were to be published the name of the garden and the gardeners had to be identified, and I had to agree to send duplicates of the slides/images to Dan Hinkley for his own use. Perhaps Gene would be interested in doing something similar after his bad experience.
