Nierembergia 'Namby Pamby'
Heuchera 'Higgledy Piggledy'
Euphorbia 'Eenie Meenie'
Talinum 'Touchy Feely'
Hydrangea 'Heebie Jeebie'
... and in a few years, after we admit defeat in the war on drugs, Cannabis 'Wacky Tobacky'
? 

Come to think of it, some of these are probably already taken.
