They're back!!!  With a disclaimer.  So I've given them 48 hours to  
remove my stuff and then I fire dmca with both the isp and google.   
Here's the list and disclaimer they've published.  Note that full feed  
publishing is copyright violation while snippets (as Chris pointed  
out) are not likely.
