Thanks for the kind words Cathy. Re pressing question - I long ago
exchanged the 9-5 of the corporate world with the 5-9 of the self-
employed, freelance, starving writer motivated by having to eat and
pay the mortgage. And yes, I do use Canadian botanicals - strictly
limiting myself to barley in hopes of being able to afford to produce
a truly marvellous Molson muscle someday.
