Re: spreading the word: hort conference

quite the theme we've got going here,

Victorian Order of Nurses in my home town is setting up a community kitchens 
programme for teens at risk(to shop and cook nutritious meals). I'll be 
chatting with them and "couch surfers" (kids without a permanent home) about 
both container gardening and using a plot in our town's community gardens. 
Since the Trenton Community Greenhouses have bought into the Plant A Row 
Grow a Row philosophy, we might even get some mentorship happening.
this might be a tough go but we won't know unless we try.
