Re: Kid's Gardening Books

Nancy,
 I have a fondness for children's garden books and one of my favorite in the
collection is for young readers "Rabbit Seeds" Bijou Le Tord 
The drawings are precious and the story takes you from planting to harvest.

"The Secret Garden" and "Watership Down", for different level  of learning
about nature than the hands on type of gardening book.

Besides Roots, Shoots, Buckets and Boots, what other outstanding  
children's gardening books you would recommend?  I'm working on an  
article and am also in training as the gardening grammy of my three  
year old grandson.  His birthday is April 27th - a perfect time to  
begin prepping for planting season.
