Pat: I recently signed on with VerticalResponse (no, it's not a discount Viagra website), and am very happy with it. Instead of a monthly fee, you pay by the "piece" and it's only $0.015 (yep, penny and a half) per name on your list. The list upload is simple, the graphic template are relatively easy, and they have good learning tools in the form of videos and slide shows. Tech support is pretty quick and they also have live chat during business hours.
