Twelve years I wrote two books through a packager (suggesting they are not 
THAT new a phenomenon).  I worked with Round Table Press, and they are 
excellent.  In my case they were a combination agent (they sold my book idea 
to Simon & Schuster), book designer, editor, and so forth.  In short, they 
were responsible for all the creative, fun aspects of birthing a book; Simon
