I haven't heard much back about this, so I thought I'd share what I found.
After a few Web searches, I came up with the following:

   http://www.rightsforartists.com/examcease.html

The first one is of the most value, the second is an editorial about
someone's experiences with copyright infringements, and the last link
is a more polite version of the first.
