I'm not overly interested in the products they're selling but merely whether the experience of dealing with them was satisfactory (excluding the value or not :-) of the product).

Did they respond quickly to your concerns - was the shipping good and quick enough- is the website useable etc?

Just trying to get a sense of what kind of "business relationship" exists with these three companies and their customer base on the Net.
