Doug and Dan,
My cash flow is very simple.  If I make it, I spend it.  If I don't, I don't 
spend.  Business plan is even simplier.  I set goals for the year, but don't 
put them in black and white.  That would take the fun out of it.  Besides, 
spreadsheets scare me.  I probably have ADD, because I can never follow 
through with a written plan.  I know in my head where I'm going and direct 
my daily actions to further those goals.  Call me simple, but it works for 
me.
