I've been using the exiv2 library to add headers to my images for a few
years now and will be using it for user-contributed images to the hort.net
image gallery.

I've been following the search guidelines from

   http://www.naturalsearchblog.com/

but really haven't found any search engines that take advantage of it
yet. Does anyone know if Google et al are making strides in this
direction?

Many browsers also have EXIF plugins. I use Opera -- right-clicking on
an image will display all EXIF headers through its built-in functions
too...

Thanks for the link to the SAA!
