If you call them it is just like a normal phone call, but very cheap. If 
they (or anyone) has Skype...any Skype to Skype call is free! The reception 
is really clear and you can call anywhere in the world. If you are in Skype 
and you click on their phone number (online)...it even dials it for you!

Alas, to sign up for Skype involves filling out an online form and adding a 
credit card account that you draw from...so initially it might be a bit 
frustrating...

Thanks for the nice people in Michigan comment. We are losing people from 
our state (hopefully only the not nice ones) because of the dire economic 
condition of our auto companies. Nurseries, stores, magazines are closing 
all around us.
