Re: garden stock photos

"Royalty free" does not mean free. It means free of additional  
royalties after the initial licensing fee is paid. There may be other  
restrictions also.

It has worked well for 40 years for the large plant tag printing  
company I work for and for the photogs and agencies we work with.
