Extraordinary Photo Resource
Hello Folks!
Vis-à-vis our conversation about garden and plant photos to buy: I wonder if
anyone else has seen the website http://www.phytophoto.com ? In the name of
full disclosure, I should say that I know the owner, Josh McCullough, who
also lives in Portland, Oregon.
But this isn't just a shameless plug - I think he has something unique to
offer writers and editors, and I hereby toss his name into the basket of the
many excellent photographers we have in our organization. Phytophoto has an
incredible library of meticulously labeled plant photographs. In addition to
common plants, he has a vast collection of images of rare plants and wild
specimens taken around the world, with correct nomenclature. I would suggest
making some inquiries and keeping him in mind as a resource. He's very
approachable and will answer questions gladly. I know 'coz I know him.
