Re: business license

It's been suggested - in an offlist email in relation to the entry rules for
awards - that people with a business license are eligible to enter in
category 6 of the awards but not those without. Dawn's case highlights how
impractical that is - she has had a license in the past but does so no
longer - yet (presumably) she continues to work and trade in exactly the
same way. So her eligibility would depend on whether or not she retains her
license.

Don't think that'll work.
