I think this is worth all checking out and passing on. IMHO, It is a glimpse of our not to distance future…perhaps even 2nd quarter this year:

Think of the implications to our industry. What garden publisher is capable of doing these kinds of things, none the less thinking about them as part of their future.
Are we ready? Should we be forming collaborative teams of writers, photographers and videographers to take on assignments? How about redoing books so they fit this new, expanded format? And about video….time to give that art a new look. Still photography may even take a back seat to motion. Etc, etc, etc.
This is the future for garden writers, of that I am sure.
